Terms of use

One account, one person, your own address. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep the password — or the Google account behind it — to yourself. An account may be closed at any time by writing to the address at the bottom.

• Use Sightstone to harass anyone, or to publish data about a player who is not on a team you prepare.
• Scrape it, resell access to it, or run it through automated clients.
• Try to reach data that is not yours, or to get around the checks that stop you.
• Break Riot Games' own terms while you are at it — what Riot forbids in game, Sightstone does not allow around it.

Your pools, plans, notes and drafts belong to you. Storing and displaying them — to you, and to the team members you invite — is the only right you grant by entering them. Nothing is used to train anything, and nothing is published.

Sightstone is offered as it stands, without a guarantee that it will be available, that Riot's data will be current, or that a suggestion on the draft board will win you the game. It reads public statistics and states its terms; the picks are yours. Features may change or disappear, and the service may be interrupted.

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have paid to use Sightstone. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

Swiss law applies, and the courts of Switzerland have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory protections of the country you live in if you are a consumer there.
